By using the Site and the online store, you agree to the Online Sales Policy applicable at the time of order. We reserve the right to periodically review and update these terms of sale, which will be deemed to be automatically accepted by continuing to use the Site.
1. GENERAL ASPECTS
1.1. Any user has access to the Site in order to place an Order. For justified reasons, we reserve the right to restrict the user's access to place an order and/or to some of the accepted payment methods, provided that there are reasons to believe that there are/have been cases of fraud or that accepting the order would cause damage to the seller.
1.2. By registering an order on the Site, the user accepts the provisions of the online sales policy and the use of the seller's usual forms of communication in order to conclude the transaction - email, telephone, sms. The notification received by the user after placing the order has an informative role and does not represent the acceptance of the order by RUN beauty.
1.3. All prices for products presented on the Site are expressed in RON and include VAT.
1.4. In the case of online payments, the seller will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by the buyer, including commissions or bank fees.
1.5. The products are presented on the Site in the form of digital photographs. The images of the products presented on the Site do not represent a contractual obligation on the part of the seller, they are used exclusively for presentation purposes.
2. CONTRACTUAL DOCUMENTS
2.1. By placing an order on the Site, the user submits an offer for a sales contract with us. The purchase offer is considered placed upon completion of the order.
2.2. All orders are subject to acceptance by RUN beauty and product availability. Products placed in the shopping cart are not considered reserved and may be purchased by another customer until the transaction is completed.
2.3. In justified cases, RUN beauty reserves the right to modify the ordered goods (quantity or assortments). In this case, RUN beauty will inform the user through the means of communication provided, telephone or email, and if applicable, will return the amount paid by the buyer.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order in the following cases (the list is not exhaustive): the product is out of stock and/or no longer in production, technical errors regarding the displayed prices, unconfirmed payment or possible commercial restrictions regarding transportation.
2.4. The contract is considered concluded between RUN beauty, as seller, and the user, as buyer, upon receipt by the user, via e-mail and/or SMS, of the order dispatch notification.
2.5. RUN beauty may assign and/or subcontract to a third party for services related to the fulfillment of the order, without the Buyer's consent being required. The Seller will remain liable to the Buyer for all contractual obligations assumed through the order.
3. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
3.1. The products presented on the Site may be in stock or available to order, this being displayed next to the product at the time of order.
If a product in stock cannot be shipped, you will be notified by email or phone and either a full refund of the amount paid will be made, in the event of cancellation of the order, or the delivery date will be extended if you agree to this.
3.2. All available features of a product are displayed in the menu on the product page. If a size or color is not displayed, it means that it is not available at the time of order.
3.4. In the case of a single order that will be delivered at different times, the shipping fee will be applied only once.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
4.1. The content of the Site, including but not limited to logos, images, commercial symbols, texts and/or multimedia content are the exclusive property of RUN beauty, and all rights obtained in this regard directly or indirectly (through licenses for use and/or publication) are reserved to us.
4.2. The User is not permitted to copy, distribute, publish, sell, transfer to third parties, modify and/or otherwise alter, use, include any part of the content of the Site without the prior written consent of RUN beauty.

5. PRODUCT PRICES. PAYMENT
5.1. The prices displayed on the Site are in RON. The prices of the products are the prices indicated on the Site at the time of acceptance of the order, except in cases of technical errors. The prices include VAT. Shipping costs are not included and will be highlighted separately. We reserve the right to change the price of a product at any time, without prior notice.
5.2. In the case of promotional sales, product prices are subject to the terms of the promotion.
5.3. In the case of international sales, the buyer is responsible for any applicable customs duties and local taxes.
5.4. If the payment is made through a card or bank account that is not in RON, the exchange rate from the day the transaction was processed will be applied.
5.5. All products remain the property of the seller until payment has been fully processed.
5.6. The Seller will issue an invoice to the Buyer for the delivered products, the Buyer's obligation being to provide all the information necessary for issuing the invoice in accordance with the legislation in force. By sending the order, the Buyer agrees to receive invoices in electronic format through the user account or via electronic mail, to the e-mail address sent to the Seller.
Promotional codes
If you have a promotional code and want to use it during a purchase, you will enter it in the special field at checkout. If the total of your order is greater than the value of the promotional code, you will have to pay this difference and you will be redirected to the payment processor.
Only one promotional code can be used per purchase.
We reserve the right to cancel/invalidate any promotional code at any time, without prior notice.
6. SECURING PAYMENTS
6.1. To ensure the safety of online payments, our company uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol which encrypts and protects your data in a secure hosting environment.
Accepted payment methods are:
PAYMENT – The order value will be paid upon receipt of the product to the courier company agent.
PAYMENT ORDER – For legal entities, there is the option of bank payment by payment order. This is requested exclusively by e-mail, whatsapp or by phone.
ONLINE WITH CARD – Online payment via iPay by BT (Visa / Visa Electron / MasterCard / Maestro) . Payments with credit/debit cards issued under the Visa and MasterCard logos (Visa / Visa Electron and MasterCard / Maestro) are made through the system "3-D Secure" , developed by organizations that ensure online transactions the same level of security as those made at an ATM or in the physical environment, at the merchant. "3-D Secure" ensures, first of all, that no information related to your card is transferred or stored, at any time during the process, on the store's servers or on the payment processor's servers, this data being directly entered into the Visa and MasterCard systems.
Payment will be debited from the card only upon order confirmation.
By using a credit or debit card for the transaction, you represent that you are the owner of the card or that you have the owner's specific authorization to use it.
Transactions on the Site are processed by iPay by BT (Banca Transilvania) , a secure online payment portal.
In certain cases, for security reasons, an order placed with a debit or credit card may be subject to our special authorization, meaning we may ask you for more details before accepting your order.
7. SHIPPING POLICY
General aspects
SC RUN beauty SRL reserves the right to validate orders before delivery by contacting customers by phone. Only one delivery address is accepted for each order. Delivery is made by express courier.
The delivery price is 19 RON for the "Delivery by courier - Sameday Courier" method and 12 RON for the "Personal pickup from EasyBox" method (price to which an additional fee may be added if the delivery address is outside the courier's coverage area).
Orders benefit from free shipping if the total amount of products (excluding shipping fees) exceeds 250 RON. Offer valid throughout Romania.
We are not responsible for shipping restrictions applicable to your destination.
Order processing begins immediately after payment confirmation is received. Shipments are made only on business days, Monday-Friday.
8. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
According to Ordinance no. 34/2014, regarding the legal regime of distance contracts, you have the right to return any product within 14 calendar days from its receipt and you can request a refund or exchange for another product in accordance with the provisions of the above Ordinance. The refund will be made within 14 calendar days from receipt of the notification. Only products that comply with the form in which they were delivered are accepted for return.
The following products are not accepted for return:
- tested or used;
- untied;
- with damaged packaging, scratches;
- without the related accessories;
- products purchased from other stores;
If the returned product was accompanied by a gift, the gift will also be returned. In the case of returning a set or kit, it is necessary to return all components of the original set. Incomplete sets will not be eligible for a refund. If you have purchased multiple products of the same type and wish to return all of them, only one of the products can be unsealed, the remaining products being accepted only if they are sealed (in the case of products sealed by the manufacturer, in order to protect the contents).
According to the provision of OUG 34/2014 "the end user is only responsible for the diminution in value of the products resulting from their handling, other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products. The diminution in value of the products must not be a deterrent for the end user to exercise his right of withdrawal." As a result, if the consumer returns the product in a condition that diminishes its value, the trader is allowed to deduct part of the amount returned to the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept a return in the event of repeated returns made by the customer and if the returned products do not meet the return conditions provided above.
To return a product, please ensure that the product meets the above conditions. The return is made via a fast courier service, and the shipping cost will be borne by you.
Please also mention whether you would like a replacement product or a refund.
Pack the product appropriately to protect it from shocks that may occur during transport and include a written notification in the package stating the order number, your name, and phone number to identify yourself in the system.
Products that arrive back in an altered form due to improper packaging will not be eligible for the return guarantee.
The package will be shipped to the address: Bucharest, Strada Dantelei 100, Sector 5, Postal Code 052771, Phone: 0766881111, SC RUN beauty SRL. After receiving the package, you will be contacted by a member of the team, who will handle the return of your product.
In case of a refund request, please indicate by e-mail the IBAN account in RON where you want the refund. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the products. The return fee is equal to the shipping fee.
For health reasons, opened and used cosmetic products that do not represent a quality defect and are not expired cannot be returned. In accordance with the uniform legislation of the European Union, all cosmetic products have a pictogram on the packaging (a drawing representing an opened round box and a number). The number on this pictogram represents the number of months of the product's shelf life from the moment it was opened. For example, a product with the M24 pictogram can be used for 24 months from the moment it was opened. In the case of products with a shelf life of more than 36 months, the pictogram is M36.
Exceptions: The following product categories cannot be returned unless they are sealed:
- cosmetic products (blushes, eyeshadows, eyebrow pomades, lipsticks, gels, creams, etc.)
- personal care products (for health protection or hygiene reasons: personal care/hygiene products)
- the product no longer has the complete original packaging in which it was delivered
- identification labels are damaged or missing
Return ONLY: In the event that the purchased product has manufacturing defects, it will be replaced with a functional product, provided that SC RUN beauty SRL is notified in writing within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Please note: In cases where returned products have damaged or incomplete packaging, signs of wear, scratches, dents, missing accessories, we reserve the right to decide to accept the return or to withhold an amount from the product value (value with VAT), the amount that will be communicated after assessing the damages caused.
We also reserve the right to refuse to accept returns in the event of abuse (repeated returns). Packages that do not have a return number on the AWB will not be accepted. Please check the physical integrity of the packages when you receive them from the courier in the presence of the courier and request a damage report if the packages show signs of damage. Any subsequent complaint will not be considered.
After we check the returned products, we will notify you if all return conditions have been met.
9. COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS
9.1. Based on the user's consent given to the seller, expressed by subscribing to the newsletter or by agreement when creating the account on the www.runbeauty.ro platform, the seller will send the user commercial communications containing general and thematic information, including information regarding offers or promotions, particularly regarding:
Promotional actions and price discounts on the seller's products
Recommendations for products that are identical or similar to those purchased, viewed, marked as favorites, or added to cart
The existence and availability of goods added to the cart, purchased, viewed or marked as "favorites"
9.2. The user has the possibility of revoking consent for commercial communications at any time as follows:
by accessing the unsubscribe link displayed in the newsletters received from the seller by contacting the Seller.
10. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

12. FORCE MAJEURE
12.1. Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform its contractual obligations if such failure to perform on time and/or properly, in whole or in part, is due to a force majeure event. Force majeure is an unforeseeable event, beyond the control of the parties and which cannot be avoided.
12.1. If, within 30 days from the date of its occurrence, the respective event does not cease, each party will have the right to notify the other party of the full termination of the contract without either party being able to claim any other damages from the other.
13. APPLICABLE LAW – JURISDICTION
13.1. This contract is subject to Romanian law. Any disputes arising between the seller and the user/buyer will be resolved amicably or, if this is not possible, the disputes will be resolved by the competent Romanian courts at the Seller's headquarters.
